1. Каждый лот упаковывается в пакет гриппер/зип-лок. Инструкции - в файл для бумаги и закрепляются скотчем. Минифигурки - зип-лок.
2. Заказ упаковывается в картонную коробку и прокладывается трёхслойной пузырчатой плёнкой по периметру.
3. Заказы отправляются "Почтой России" из Курска и только по России.
4. Отправка в течении 4-5-х рабочих дней после получения оплаты.
5. Процессы комплектации и упаковки заказа фотографируются. После отправки посылки вам на e-mail будут отправлены следующие фотографии: комплектация вашего заказа; процесс упаковки; общий вид почтовой коробки с адресным ярлыком, а также фотография чека Почты России с номером отслеживания посылки.

*All prices include tracking option. Tracking for small packets can be unreachable for some countries (canada, Australia, Brazil) due to policies of their domestic Post. Can't be insured.

Packaging are usually plastic packet and bubbles only (without additional carton box). I do not guarantee that packet you receive without any damage. 

Parcel (from 100 g to 18 kg). Shipping cost will be calculate individually. Parcel can be insured, if you wish (cost 4% of total). 

In case of loss or damage during shipping for uninsured shipments, the Shop not be held responsible. Packaging are usually additional carton box and bubbles. I do not guarantee that parcel you receive without any damage. 

Damaged parcels

Insurance doesn't cover damage parcels. If your local post office has a parcel for you that is damaged, you will need to complete a complaint form at your local post office before accepting the parcel. Your local post office is responsible for reimbursement for damaged packages.
